We bridge the gap socially by creating inclusive opportunities for African youth, women, and disadvantaged communities to access skilled trades training. Through mentorship, scholarships, and cultural integration programs, we empower individuals to uplift their families and communities while fostering dignity and pride in the trades.

The Empower Skilled Trades Foundation Scholarship is dedicated to offering aid to underserved communities across Africa. By removing financial barriers, we ensure that disadvantaged apprentices gain access to world-class training, mentorship, and Red Seal certification pathways. This investment uplifts individuals, strengthens families, and empowers communities to thrive through skilled trades.

Create pathways to Red Seal certification that open doors to global employment opportunities.

Strengthen local economies by building a skilled workforce that meets industry demand.

Promote equity and inclusion by supporting disadvantaged apprentices through scholarships and outreach.

Build partnerships with governments, employers, and trade organizations to sustain long-term impact.

Recruit and screen apprentices across Africa to identify candidates for skilled trades training.

Deliver vocational training modules aligned with Canadian Red Seal standards.

Offer scholarships and outreach campaigns to disadvantaged communities.

Train instructors and mentors through “Train the Trainer” programs to scale impact.

Facilitate immigration and work permit processes in collaboration with partners.
